Joe retired from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) after 25 years as a Special Agent. Prior to serving as an FBI agent, Joe was a Special Agent with the National Security Agency (NSA) for eight years where he served on the executive protection detail responsible for the personal protection of the NSA Director and other dignitarie
Joe retired from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) after 25 years as a Special Agent. Prior to serving as an FBI agent, Joe was a Special Agent with the National Security Agency (NSA) for eight years where he served on the executive protection detail responsible for the personal protection of the NSA Director and other dignitaries. He had highly decorated career with the FBI where he served as the Senior SWAT Team Leader, Principal Tactical Instructor, and Firearms Instructor. He retired as the longest standing Unit Chief/Head of the FBI’s entire Polygraph Program in late 2019. He went on to work as an Operations Director for Law Enforcement Programs with a large US-based information technology company. Joe is a highly respected leader with an unmatched dedication to community service.

Jeff's journey is a testament to dedication and versatility. He started his career with a strong foundation in education, spending seven years as a high school teacher and athletic coach, where he inspired countless students and athletes. In 2004, Jeff made a significant career shift, joining the FBI where he dedicated over two decades to serving and protecting his community. He served as an FBI SWAT team member, executive protection detail for the FBI Director, and the Supervisor of the largest drug and violent crime task force in the FBI Pittsburgh Division. Retiring in 2025, Jeff brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to Be-Safe Solutions, blending his educational background with his extensive law enforcement expertise. His passion for safety and preparedness is evident in every consultation and training session he leads.
